We accept ONLY MasterCard or Visa, or you can have your order shipped C.O.D. All C.O.D. orders must be paid for by cashiers check or money order. After your first C.O.D. order you may contact our credit department to make arrangements for us to accept personal or business checks on future C.O.D. orders. California residents please add 9.75% sales tax unless we have a proper tax exemption certificate on file for you.

Most mini quartz movements carry a ten year replacement warranty. All specialty movements, quartz clock fit-ups and weather instruments carry a three year replacement warranty. Batteries supplied with fit-ups are not guaranteed.

Please contact us for a material return authorization (MRA) number prior to returning any merchandise. This MRA number must be printed on the outside of the box being returned and a letter giving us detailed instructions should be included inside the box. Any returns without an MRA number will be refused and returned to sender. Returns of non defective merchandise are subject to a 15 % re stocking charge. No returns are accepted on special order merchandise.

Please inspect your orders upon receipt. Any shortages must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of goods. If it is determined that you are missing an item from your order, it will be shipped to you in the same manner as you had requested your order to be shipped.

Any backorder under $25.00 will be automatically cancelled unless we are notified within 5 days of receipt of goods.

Your order will ship " Best Way " (FOB Los Angeles ). All Fed Ex and UPS shipments require a street address. Please see the shipping and handling chart below for shipping costs in the Continental United States. C.O.D. orders are charged an additional $8.00 per package. If you request that your order be shipped via the US Postal Service it may require additional processing time and additional insurance fees may apply. We can not be held responsible for lost shipments or late delivery.

Express/Premium Shipping

We offer a 1-day guarantee or a 2-Day guarantee via Fed Ex or UPS. Both are offered only within the Continental United States. Overnight and 2-Day orders must be placed by 1pm Pacific Standard Time in order to be shipped the same day. Note that Express/Premium Shipping orders also incur additional charges and require that you contact a customer service representative by phone immediately after you place your order. Express Saturday Delivery - Overnight and 2-Day orders with a request for Saturday delivery and received before 1pm Friday can only be delivered in areas where Saturday delivery is available. Saturday delivery incurs additional charges and the cost is typically two times or more times the standard Overnight rate. Requests for Saturday delivery require that you contact a customer service representative by phone immediately after you place the order. Note that 2-Day orders received on Thursday and Friday are scheduled for delivery the following Monday and Tuesday, respectively.

Priority Processing

Priority Processing is for same day processing and shipping and is available for an additional fee of $20.00. Orders must be placed before 1pm Pacific Time. Priority Processing ensures that your order will ship the same day that you place the order and will ship via the Best Method. Priority Processing does not include Premium Overnight or 2nd day shipping. Please contact customer service for availability of product and/or questions prior to placing your order.

While most orders are shipped within 48 business hours, orders with fit-ups may require additional time. We offer the best selection of fit-ups in the industry. While some of our fit-ups are stocked pre-assembled, and ready to go, many others are custom made to order. Making many of our fit-ups to order allows us to offer thousands of possible models with a lead time of one to two weeks. We think that offering the possibilities we do is worth the wait and so do most of our customers. Just contact one of our customer service representatives to find out what is in stock and current production lead times. Please remember that once we have shipped your order, standard carrier delivery times vary and may range from 2-7 business days. Allow additional processing and shipping time during holiday seasons.

We ship to almost anywhere in the world except Canada . Some items may be excluded for shipment to Mexico . All orders shipped outside of the United States must be paid in full in US funds prior to shipping. Orders will be shipped via the Best Method, however many orders shipped outside the United States may be shipped by Priority Mail International. Any other shipping method for smaller orders does not provide the tracking ability that most customers desire. For larger orders, we will be happy to work with any freight forwarder that you may prefer to use.

International customers - Please allow an initial $55.00 shipping charge for standard orders. This charge includes international paperwork processing and handling which ranges from $15.00-25.00 based on variable shipping and postage factors. For over-sized shipments, high value shipments, etc., in excess of $55, you will be contacted via e-mail regarding additional shipping charges, where applicable, BEFORE your order is shipped. Shipping overpayments will be refunded and underpayments will be billed.
