Payment Terms:
We have a $20.00 minimum order, not including shipping. We accept ONLY MasterCard or Visa, or you can have your order shipped C.O.D. All C.O.D. orders must be paid for by cashiers check or money order. After your first C.O.D. order you may contact our credit department to make arrangements for us to accept personal or business checks on future C.O.D. orders. California residents please add 8.25% sales tax unless we have a proper tax exemption certificate on file for you.

Warranties:
Most mini quartz movements carry a ten year replacement warranty. All specialty movements, quartz clock fit-ups and weather instruments carry a three year replacement warranty. Batteries supplied with fit-ups are not guaranteed.

Returns:
Please contact us for a material return authorization (MRA) number prior to returning any merchandise. This MRA number must be printed on the outside of the box being returned and a letter giving us detailed instructions should be included inside the box. Any returns without an MRA number will be refused and returned to sender. Returns of non defective merchandise are subject to a 15 % re stocking charge. No returns are accepted on special order merchandise.

Shortages:
Please inspect your orders upon receipt. Any shortages must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of goods. If it is determined that you are missing an item from your order, it will be shipped to you in the same manner as you had requested your order to be shipped.

Backorders:
Any backorder under $25.00 will be automatically cancelled unless we are notified within 5 days of receipt of goods.

Shipping:
All domestic orders are shipped U.P.S. (F.O.B. Los Angeles) unless otherwise specified. All U.P.S. shipments require a street address. Please see the shipping and handling chart below for shipping costs in the continental United States. C.O.D. orders are charged an additional $7.50 per package. If you insist on having your order shipped through the US Post Office, and it is shipped uninsured, we can not be held responsible for lost shipments or late delivery. If you insist that you order is shipped insured through the US Post Office, expect an additional delay of 24 to 48 hours because of the additional paperwork necessary. Additional insurance fee applies.

Lead Time:
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Many of the fit-ups over 2" we sell are made to order, so the lead time may be longer. Feel free to contact one of our sales representative to see which items are stock and which items are made to order . Please remember that once we have shipped your order that the normal U.P.S. delivery times of 2-7 working days apply.

Orders shipped outside the USA:
We ship to almost anywhere in the world except Canada. All orders shipped outside of the United States must be paid in full in US funds prior to shipping. We suggest that orders shipping outside the United States be shipped by U.P.S., D.H.L. or Federal Express. Any other method for smaller orders does not provide the tracking ability that most customers desire. For larger orders, we will be happy to deal with any freight forwarder that you may prefer.
