The MRA number must be printed on the outside of the box being returned and a letter giving us detailed instructions should be included inside the box. Any returns without an MRA number will be refused and returned to sender. Returns of non defective merchandise are subject to a 20 % re stocking charge. Returns of Fit-ups assembled in house (2-1/4" and larger) are subject to a 25% restocking fee for non-defective merchandise. No returns are accepted on special order merchandise. Special Order merchandise includes, but is not limited to non-stock merchandise.
